As a Landscape Technician at Lawn In Order Landscapes, you are the backbone of our outdoor operations. Your role involves bringing landscape designs to life, maintaining the health and beauty of various outdoor spaces, and ensuring every lawn we touch transforms into a green haven.
Execute landscaping projects from start to finish, including planting, mulching, waterfall/ponds and hardscape installations.
Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and fertilizing.
Ensure all equipment is maintained and operated safely, adhering to company and industry standards.

The Foreman is the captain of our landscaping projects at Lawn In Order Landscapes. You will supervise and lead a team of landscape technicians, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage and direct a team of landscape technicians, delegating tasks and overseeing project progress.
Coordinate with clients and office staff to ensure all project requirements are met.
Maintain safety protocols and ensure the team adheres to all landscaping best practices.

Oversee office supply inventory and ensure all office equipment is functioning properly.

After many years of working in the landscape industry, two brothers started their landscaping company. In 2020, Lawn In Order Landscapes was established by owner Corey Schindler. In 2021 his brother Collin Schindler joined and became part owner. After forming, our team continues to grow as we are able to better serve our clients
